Jakarta, August 31, 2024 – The first day of PKKMB (Introduction to Campus Life for New Students) at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Trisakti, proceeded smoothly and with great enthusiasm. Opening remarks from the Vice Dean III, the President of the Student Executive Board (BEM), the Speaker of the Student Parliament, and the Event Chairperson officially kicked off the PKKMB for the Academic Year 2024/2025.

New students received various important explanations about the Faculty of Medicine at Usakti, covering topics such as the educational system, administration, and student services, delivered by the faculty’s deans.

The second day of PKKMB began with an ice-breaking session to create a more relaxed atmosphere, followed by a mentoring session to strengthen bonds between students. On this day, essential topics were also covered, including ethics in diversity, student health services, and an introduction to workplace safety and the environment at FK Usakti.

“I have high hopes that you won’t waste this golden opportunity, as not everyone gets this chance. Use this opportunity to keep learning, growing, and collaborating to improve yourselves. If you fall, it’s a form of learning. Everyone has failed at some point, but that’s not the end of everything. Keep moving forward, achieve great things, and stay focused on becoming a doctor, as that is your goal,” said Dr. Yenny, Sp.FK.
