The technical guidelines for health care services that is the right of members of the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University and the calculation of the contribution that is the responsibility for members of the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center.

4. Time table for administration of health care services.
The time table for application of health care services on the campus of the Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Logistics (ITL) is in the morning from 09.00 to 12.00, during the day from 13.00 to 16.00, and in the afternoon from 16.00 to 20.00, by a general practitioner on Monday to Friday, except on Saturday, Sunday and holidays when the service is provided by a nurse.

- Primary Level Ambulatory Care (RJTP)
- Members of Student Health Care Service of the Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University who require primary level ambulatory care may apply directly at the facilities provided by the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University by showing both their membership card and their student identity card for the current academic year.
- For drug treatment the general practitioner prescribes drugs for a maximum of five (5) days according to the indications, whereas the medical specialist prescribes for a maximum of seven (7) days.
- For a patient with a chronic disorder, the medical specialist prescribes for fourteen 14) days of treatment.
- Advanced level ambulatory care (RJTL)
Members of the Student Health Care Service of the Trisakti Medical Center who need advanced ambulatory care can only apply on referral by a general practitioner or the doctor on duty at the Trisakti Medical Center.
- HospitalizationÂ
- Members of the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center who need hospitalization need a referral from the general practitioner or the doctor on duty or from a medical specialist of Trisakti Medical Center.
- In case of emergency, the members may directly go to the emergency care unit of the nearest hospital.
- The members immediately report to the Student Health Care Service of the Trisakti Medical Center within 48 hours of hospitalization.
- After completion of hospitalization, the patients should request all examination results (laboratory, radiology, USG etc.), results of consultations and declarations concerning the drugs taken at the hospital, which are in the interest of the patients themselves, for follow-up at the Trisakti Medical Center.
- Regulations on costs of ambulatory care and hospitalization.
- The ambulatory health care cost (primary level ambulatory care and advanced level ambulatory care) is at most Rp. 400.000,- (four hundred thousand rupiah) per semester.
This amount comprises:
- Medical examination and procedures by general practitioners and medical specialists of Trisakti Medical Center.
- Diagnostic examinations at the Trisakti Medical Center with auxiliary examinations (laboratory, radiology, USG etc.).
- Standard drugs at the Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University.
Should the heathcare costs exceed Rp. 400.000,- in one semester, the remainder will be borne by the member personally.
- The hospitalization costs that are reimbursed by the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine are maximally Rp. 500.000,- per semester.
1) Should the hospitalization costs exceed Rp. 500.000,- per semester, the remainder will be borne by the member personally.
2) Reimbursement methods: original receipts from the hospital after completion of hospitalization must be shown to the Membership Leader for agreement, and subsequently the reimbursement can be requested to the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University to an amount in accordance with the regulations.

- 1. Health care Service Procedure for members of the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center at the Trisakti Medical Center (Primary Level Ambulatory Care and Advanced Level Ambulatory Care).
- Members of the Student Health Care Service of the Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University who want to attend the Trisakti Medical Center must show the membership card of the Student Health Care Service of the Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine ofTrisakti University.
- As long as the membership card of the Student Health Care Service of the Trisakti Medical Center of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University has not been issued, the participant who want to attend must show an identity card as active students of the Trisakti Higher School for Economics.
- In case of specialistic disorders, the general practitioner will refer the patient to a medical specialist.
- After the examination by the medical specialist is considered complete, the medical specialist returns the participant to the general practitioner of the Trisakti Medical Center by flling in the patient return form.
- Members of the Student Health Care Service of the Trisakti Medical Center who are treated by the general practitioner or the medical specialist receive a special Student Health Care Service prescription that can be filled at the Trisakti University Farmacy (Apotik Usakti Farma) or the drug counter at each Trisakti Medical Center clinic.
- The Health Service procedure for members of the Student Health Care Service for hospitalization depends on the hospital to which the members are referred.
- The Technical Guidelines on the size of the Contribution and Health Examinations of aspiring Freshmen is Payable by the Second party to the First party
- Student Health Care Service contributionÂ
- The health care service contribution given by the second party to the first party (the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center) for active students is Rp. 55.000,- per semester.
- To determine the number of members, the second party reports to the first party at the opening of a semester with regard to:
- The names and IDs of active members of the Student Health Care Service of Trisakti Medical Center according to class (year of matriculation)
b. To determine the number of members in the following period/semester, the second party reports on the names and IDs of active Student Health Care Service members.
- Based on the names and IDs of active students that are reported by the second party, the first party prepares the Student Health Care Service membership cards and returns a bill to the second party.
