Career Coordination and Development

Method: Guidance on Career Development for Newly Graduated Doctors is held by the Faculty of Medicine 4 times annually. Execution: This activity is held after the newly graduated doctor has passed the Competency Test of the Medical Profession Study Program Examinations and is waiting for the Clinical Clerkship Oath. This Career Guidance involves the Association of Alumni of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University that provides explanations on the role of the  Association of Alumni of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University, the Health Service of Jakarta Province that provides  explanations about the clinical clerkship program, the  Agency for Development  and  Empowerment of Human Resources of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia that explains the role of doctors in the community, including the non-permanent staff (PTT) program, the West Jakarta branch of the Indonesian Medical Association  that provides  explanations about the Indonesian Medical Association and  the legal aspects of  doctors, and  the Directorate General of Defense Force of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia that provides  explanations about doctors’ careers in the Indonesian National Army. On the following dates: July 20 & 24, 2018, October 24, 2018, January 29, 2019, April 25, 2019, and July 16, 2019.

 

For example, on July 16, 2019 in the Auditorium on the 3rd floor of the Ki Hadjar Dewantara Building of Campus B of Trisakti University career guidance is given to new doctors of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University who will take the Physician’s Oath as class XLIX of period III of 2019.
