Jakarta, March 20, 2025 – The Directorate General of Manpower Supervision and Occupational Health and Safety of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia has signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Trisakti. The agreement aims to enhance the development and empowerment of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives.

The agreement was signed by the Acting Director General of Manpower Supervision, Fahrurrozi, and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Universitas Trisakti, Dr. dr. Yenny, Sp.FK.

This collaboration covers the development of human resources in the OHS field, as well as the utilization of facilities and infrastructure to support training and research related to occupational health and safety. Planned programs under this collaboration include joint seminars, training for OHS doctor assessors, and training and competency testing for occupational health specialists (Hiperkes) for company doctors.

In addition, both parties are committed to conducting joint evaluations and supervision to ensure the effective implementation of the cooperation.

This collaboration is expected to strengthen the synergy between academia and the government in supporting the development of better labor policies in Indonesia.
