In order to instill the fundamental traits and behaviors of leadership in an effort to create capable and challenge-ready individuals for the Medical Assistance Team, TBMT FK Usakti held a basic education event (dikdas). The goal of this event was to develop participants’ abilities in foundational leadership, equip them with skills, and enable them to organize themselves within an organizational environment while possessing a strong mentality. This is aimed at creating an excellent organizational performance focused on empowering the quality of human resources based on leadership and innovative organizational management.

The basic training activities included (material and practice), simulations, physical training, and an inauguration session for the new TBMT batch. Before the main event, TBMT candidates were given basic material and practice sessions on campus for one week by senior TBMT members and alumni trainers.

The event was attended by 32 committee members, 18 candidates, and 8 alumni, and was supervised by TBMT mentors and the Litdimaslum team. The event took place from May 17 to 18, 2024, at the Sukamantri Camping Ground in Bogor Regency. The agenda included the opening simulation, campfire, introduction of candidates, sharing sessions with seniors, guidance from mentors, and concluded with the inauguration of new members.

It is hoped that this activity will broaden the knowledge of TBMT candidate members in carrying out their duties, contributing to the improvement and progress of the organization in the future.
